Return & Refund Policy

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival.
To be eligible for any return we approve, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@crumble-rumble.com with the subject line “Return – [Order Number]” within 24–72 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
If a return is authorised, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 24–72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the parcel appears courier-damaged, still email us with photos and your order number - we will investigate and aim to respond within 7–10 working days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are perishable food, we generally cannot accept returns for change-of-mind. We also do not accept returns of:
- Items that have been opened or unsealed
- Gift cards
- Any item returned without prior authorisation
Storage note: Our blends can spoil if not stored correctly. Please keep in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Exchanges
We don’t offer standard exchanges for food items. If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund after review.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your claim (and any authorised return, if requested), we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@crumble-rumble.com.
Shipping & fees
For faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we will refund the product price and original delivery cost (where applicable). We may not require a return; if we do, we’ll cover reasonable return postage or provide a label.
For any discretionary returns we explicitly approve (non-faulty items, unopened): return postage is paid by the customer, original delivery is non-refundable, and a 10% admin fee may be deducted.
