Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times & Costs

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days via Royal Mail

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders over £35.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and seasonal demand.

Delivery Area

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Perishable Goods Notice

Our products are perishable food items. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided. We cannot take responsibility for items left unattended or delayed due to the recipient not being available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, postal strikes, or severe weather). If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 24–72 hours of delivery at info@crumble-rumble.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
